I think what differentiates us is the recognition of our abilities by other peers and judges and the awards that we’ve gotten. I think it’s the experience that we have. We’ve done basically everything that can be done in a criminal case.

We’ve tried very high-profile cases that have gotten international coverage. We know how to handle the media. We know when not to talk to the media when it’s in our client’s best interest. We’ve argued before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which is the highest court. We’ve gone to the United States Supreme Court.

There’s really no criminal issue that we don’t know how to handle and don’t know how to handle well.
